How to Order Custom Plush Toys?

Step 3: Craft the Prototype
Our custom plush maker team will begin the sample development phase. This includes pattern making, sewing, stuffing, and assembling the initial structure of your plush toy.
Step 4: Trial Sample Without Finishing Touches
We will first produce a trial sample that focuses on structure and shape—without embroidery or printed elements. You can advise us if any changes are needed before moving forward.
Step 5: First Complete Sample for Review
After adjustments to the trial version, we will create the first fully detailed sample, including all custom features. You provide us with feedback for any further revisions.
Step 6: Sample Revisions
We will revise the sample according to your comments and suggestions. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer up to 2–3 rounds of free sample modifications.
Step 7: Final Sample Confirmation
Once the sample is ready, we will send you high-quality photos and videos to present the final result from all angles. This allows you to confirm all the details remotely.
Step 8: Physical Final Sample Approval
We will ship the final sample to you for in-person inspection. This gives you a chance to physically assess the look, feel, and craftsmanship before we proceed productio

After you approve the final sample and your deposit is received, our custom plush manufacturer team will begin mass production. After production is completed, we conduct thorough quality checks. Plush Manufacturing Process
When you decide to have plush toys manufactured with our company, it’s vital to understand each stage of the production process. As an experienced custom plush toys manufacturer, we’ve laid out the key steps involved in transforming your concept into a tangible toy. This introduction will guide you through the journey from ordering plush material to goods packing.
Step 1
Order Plush Material From Fabric Mills
Before arranging for mass production, all details of the plush toys to be produced are confirmed, including the style, size, type of fabric, etc. We calculate the amount of fabric needed based on the confirmed quantity and orders accordingly from the fabric mills.
Step 2
Bulk Fabric Cutting
Once the fabric is selected accurately, the cutting process begins. The size and style of the cuts are already determined during the plush toy sample prototyping and pattern making. Depending on production cost control, different types of fabric, and the size of the order, various cutting methods are chosen by plush manufacturers.
Step 3
Fabric Pattern Printing
Printing patterns on fabric is a relatively cost-effective method used by plush manufacturers. For example, the clothes of plush dolls, if made from separate pieces of fabric, would involve complex processes such as manual labor, resulting in higher costs.
However, printing the clothes directly onto the plush dolls can save a significant amount of money. This step may also be completed before the fabric cutting step. Currently, there are three main printing methods used in mass production: Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Heat Transfer Printing.
Step 4
Plush Embroidery
Embroidery is a vital step in the mass production of bulk plush toys, playing a key role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the finished products. There are two commonly used embroidery techniques: Computer Embroidery and Appliqué Embroidery.
Step 5
Sewing
The sewing stage is the most time-consuming and critical step in the production of bulk plush toys, as it directly determines the quality of the finished product. Most of the sewing machines used in the toy industry are industrial high-speed flat seam machines.
Once the sewing is complete, the basic shape of the toy emerges, and the plush shell is created in this step. During this phase, care labels are also added to the toys.
Step 6
Stuffing the Plush Toy Shell
The plush shell always has an opening left for stuffing, and we require that the stuffing makes the toy look full and feel soft to the touch. It is crucial that the stuffing reaches every part of the toy’s body, and after stuffing, the toy needs to meet the required weight.
Step 7
Needlework Sewing and Hand Shaping
After the plush shell is filled with stuffing, the opening used for stuffing must be sewn shut to transform it into a complete plush toy. When sewing, it’s crucial to ensure that the stitch size is uniform and the seam is symmetrical. The thread at the end of the seam should be knotted and tucked inside the toy to prevent it from being visible.
Step 8
Quality Inspection
As a professional stuffed toys manufacturer, we follow a strict three-step process to ensure product quality. The first step involves quality inspectors checking the toys for any holes, deformities, or other issues. The second step is cleaning. The third and final step involves needle detection.

Attaching Hang Tags & Packaging
There are numerous packaging options available, such as individual bags for each toy, bulk bagging where multiple toys are packaged together, individual vacuum-sealed packaging, bulk vacuum-sealed packaging, and boxed packaging in colorful cartons. Both the bags and boxes can be tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.
